Grading a card means more than protecting its value
– it’s about preserving a memory, ensuring time can never wear it down –
Trust your cards with a team of experts and passionate collectors.
We are a group of TCG enthusiasts and collectors for over 25 years. In 2025, we decided to take an important step for us—and for you—by founding Vertex Grading Service, with the goal of filling the gaps in the grading industry. Our commitment will be constant, as will our investment in updating the technologies used to grade the cards entrusted to us.

ONLY "EXPRESS" DELIVERY
One of the key factors of our company is our full commitment to returning graded cards in the shortest possible time. There will be no distinction between standard or express service—we will always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Transparency you can trust
For every card we grade, we will provide a digital certificate (with QR code in the back) that includes a detailed map of the card and all the flaws identified during the grading process. This way, the final grade will always be justified, ensuring our clients are never left in the dark about the reasons behind the evaluation.

Ultra-fast communication
We will be available to answer any of your questions 24/7 through the channels listed at the bottom of the page in the
“Contact Us” section.

client testimonials
What we’re here for is the constant positive feedback from our clients.
“This is my favorite card. I entrusted it to you because your full art labels are just awesome, and your creativity in designing them is incredible. Thank you so much!”
“You were really fast with the return—I didn’t expect to get my 28 cards back in just two weeks, that’s insane!”
“I’ve seen the work you do and it’s truly spectacular. In the next few days, I’ll send you the card I mentioned—make it with a full art label! I can’t wait to get it back graded, even if the score isn’t that high.”
“The idea of including a technical sheet that explains the card’s flaws through a detailed map is exceptional—no one has ever done that before.”
Which technologies do we use in the grading process?

FIRST STEP
Analysis and Quality Control
Digital microscopes (10x–60x) → used to detect micro-scratches, whitening, pressure points, crinkling, and cutting defects.
High-resolution scanners (2400–4800 dpi) → used to verify centering, edges, and printing, often combined with analysis software.
UV lamps and controlled-spectrum LED lights → used to detect fake inks, alterations, or restorations.

SECOND STEP
Sealing and Preservation
Ultrasonic welding machines → used to seal the two polypropylene shells (slabs).
Professional color printers
Laser or plotter cutters → used for refining labels and packaging.

Support Accessories
Precision scales → used to weigh booster packs and verify authenticity (especially for sealed pack grading).
Antistatic devices and nitrile gloves → used to handle cards without risk of contamination.
Digital archiving systems (DB + high-resolution images) → used to keep track of every graded card
